At Al Souq we aim to provide fast and reliable delivery service across the UAE and internationally. Below are the full details of our shipping process:

Order Processing:

  1. All confirmed orders are processed within 24 business hours.
  2. During sales, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Domestic Shipping (UAE):

  1. Standard delivery time: 3 to 4 business days depending on your Emirate.
  2. Express delivery: Same-day or Next-day in major cities (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah).
  3. Deliveries are made between 9 AM – 9 PM on business days.
  4. Customers will receive a confirmation SMS/Email from the courier once the parcel is out for delivery.

International Shipping:

  1. Available for selected countries. Delivery time: 3 to 4 business days.
  2. Customs clearance and duties may apply in the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
  3. Tracking details will be shared via email once the parcel is shipped.

Carriers Used:
We work with leading courier services such as Aramex, DHL, FedEx, and SMSA Express to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Shipping Charges:

  1. Calculated automatically at checkout based on weight, destination, and delivery option selected.
  2. Free Standard Shipping on all UAE orders above AED 100.
  3. Express delivery charges will be displayed at checkout if available.

Cash on Delivery (COD):

  1. Available across the UAE for an additional fee of AED 10.
  2. Please ensure you have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.

Order Tracking:

  1. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking number.
  2. You can use this tracking number on the courier’s website to check the real-time status of your delivery.

Address & Contact Accuracy:

  1. Please enter your full delivery address, including building number, street, and emirate.
  2. Ensure your mobile number is correct and reachable to avoid delivery delays.

Failed Delivery Attempts:

  1. The courier will attempt delivery up to 3 times.
  2. If unsuccessful, the parcel may be returned to us, and re-shipping charges may apply.

Delays:

  1. While we strive for on-time delivery, unforeseen events such as weather, traffic, or public holidays may cause delays.
  2. We will keep you updated in such cases.
