Refund & Exchange Policy
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
Products are eligible for refund or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
Refund Process
Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be issued as store credit or direct bank transfer.
Exchange Process
Exchanges are available if you receive a defective product, the wrong item, or if the size/color is not suitable. Once your request is approved, you can return the original product, and we will send you the replacement, subject to stock availability.
Non-Refundable and Non-Exchangeable Items
Items such as personal care products, intimate wear, and products marked as final sale are not eligible for refund or exchange.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item delivered was defective or incorrect. In such cases, we will cover the shipping charges.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic proof. Our team will arrange for a free exchange or full refund.
